Robert M. Couch III , P.E. has over 15 years experience in civil and environmental engineering including design work, permit preparation, and project management. Mr. Couch’s engineering and design experience includes Phase I ESA's, stormwater system design, water and wastewater system design, roadway design, minor geotechnical design and site layout, in addition to preparation of construction plans, specifications and all required permits. Permit preparation experience includes stormwater, wastewater treatment plant, landfill, wetland mitigation, water system and consumptive use permits.

His project management experience includes client consultations, engineering proposals, quantity takeoffs, construction cost estimates, scheduling, conducting pre-bid and preconstruction meetings, pay requests, field inspections and final walk-through inspections.

Mr. Couch has prepared Phase I and limited Phase II environmental site assessments for several clients including Suntrust Bank, Community Bank & Trust of Florida and Compass Bank.

He has experience in hydological groundwater studies and groundwater monitoring reports for various sites, and has performed OVA sampling and analysis of contaminated soils.
