We have been with the company for a few years. Usually your initial call you get a answering machine where you have to leave your info and they call you back if your lucky. Making payments can be a hassle and a half and 3 times where we scheduled pickup for excess they didn't set it on their schedule and the trashmen never picked it up.

I have had Envirostar for 3 months and they have missed half of the pickups. They don't even drive down our street. I called multiple times to figure out this issue. I called and asked them to pick up some extra scrap lumber and they once again skipped us. I called this morning and switched service. Horrible service

My husband and I have lived all over the United States before coming to Blue Springs about eight years ago. EWS is hands down, the most professional, reliable, conscientious service we have ever had. Thank you!
