I love enterprise. Always have, always will. They've always taken care of my needs. Really appreciate the deal they gave me last time since someone screwed up my reservation. Always going above and beyond for me.

The worst enterprise ive delt with yet, if you have the time run to newberg instead. The manager of mcminnville store Ben Allen handled a situation in thd worst way the company didnt call me or try to leave a voicemail the just came to my house to repo the truck. The werent successful in contacting me so they contacted my family and then came at dinner time to repo the truck when I had been in contact with another manager form newberg. Ben stated even if i had came right with the account the office would not rent another vehicle to get the kids to school and doc appointments. Even if I prepaid for the vehicle i would not beable to get one through his office. A customer should never be treated like that. Poor business pratices in my eyes.
