I rent vehicles from this location two to three times a year on my trips to Chicago. In all previous occasions service has been terrific!! Very satisfied. This time however the interior of the vehicle was filthy. It has 1/4 tank of gas, they proposed a gas waiver, then I was told a waiver could not be done, instead they wrote a note on the back of a business card to be used on my next rental. I suspect they will charge me for a full tank of gas. I brought it back with more gas than when I picked it up. Not happy this time at all.

The staff was professional, mindful and helpful. I will definitely go back and continue to rent cars from this location again.
