They showed up a half an hour late for the energy audit that I clearly stated several time must be on time. The technicians were sloppy and made a mess of my driveway and yard, not to mention the insulation all over my new carpet and grimy hand prints left on the addict door. I am fine with some cleaning. There has been no change in my utility bills at all. The worst part is there horrible customer service! The technicians forgot to take the check when they left, so instead of coming back to pick it up we got a nasty call like we were trying not to pay them. We gladly gave them there money and 4 months later got a nasty call saying they were going to send us to collections. We never once received a bill, the last thing they said is they collect the difference from Qweststar. We called Qweststar who told us they submitted a check 2 month prior. We let them know the lady said we were liars and said they don't want our business. They are rude and not professional at all! We pay our bills on time every time! If we didn't we would not have been able to buy a nice house in a bad economy! I will go to another company to have the rest of the work I wanted done completed! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Dropped my utility bills by 50% by
My utility usage has dropped below the average in my neighborhood according to my statement and an extra evaluation from the power company. It dropped by 50% sometimes more. I don't know why I waited so long to have that first analysis done.Ann Woods Cross, UT
Great Company by
They did what they said they would do and where professional and clean. They insulated and air sealed our home over 4 months ago and I can definitely see the difference on my utility bills. My home is more comfortable and less drafty as well. The best part of all it was almost free with how much they got me in rebates. Everyone should do this!!! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone I know!
