We provide a thorough assessment which results in an in-depth living strategy. This strategy, or game plan, allows families to make informed decisions about the appropirate next steps. If assistance is necessary, our assessment will explain all the options available to meet your needs. We can put the plan into action for you, or provide you with a step-by-step plan so you can do it yourself. We stand ready to offer you preferred access to our trusted service providers who have spent years building professional relationships with the Encompass team.

The Encompass Senior Solutions Comprehensive Assessment Will:

•Assess a senior’s viability of staying at home safely and with confidence.
•Provide a complete understanding of a senior’s current condition, and more importantly, predict how things will progress based on knowledge as opposed to speculation.
•Help settle long-term care insurance disputes.
•Assist in discharging from hospital and/or traditional home care.
•Evaluate the need for in-home private duty nursing or care.
•Include home safety evaluations.
•Make respite care recommendations.
