I've been doing business for years now with them and things have always been perfect. Until recently I was calling to make a payment and was put on hold (or so they thought I was) and the girls began to talk about me. Once the realized I wasn't on hold and heard the entire conversation I was hung up on. I called back and they acted as if nothing happened. Like I imagined the entire situation. Had no idea who I was or that I even called. I was very disappointed and when I asked for the corporate number they rufused to give it to me. I would never do business again with them once I close my acct with them.
