Charged for services not rendered by Victor - 07/21/2009We were told to call a plumber for televising of a sewer line. They came charged us the fee for it and we were told by the city they did not do what they charged us for. They pretty much did nothing and charged us.

Courteous, Prfessional and Prompt. by Cold and loving it! - 07/12/2009Living in AZ you know how important AC is! Especially when there is a heat wave of 115 degrees. I called the night before and their service technician showed up early on SUNDAY morning!! Have you ever heard of customer service like this, I certainly have never experienced it. The tech (Brandon) was professional, courteous and explained in detail what was required to fix the problem. If you need speedy attention and require professionalism and honesty this is the business to get it from! Thanks for saving my life, literally!!
Honest and fair by marcusaurelius - 02/24/2009By far the best experience I've had with a plumbing company and I have tried many. They gave many options and didn't rush me to make a decision or use any other such high pressure sales tactics as I have seen with the other companies. The plumber was an honest decent guy and really seemed to want to earn my business.
Great emergency service by doglover1 - 01/15/2009I had a an emergency on a holiday and of all the places I called this was the only company that actually answered the phone. Someone was at my house within an hour and my problem was solved the same day, all for a very fair price.
Impressive service! by MJ1 - 10/22/2008The plumber showed up on time and was neat and clean about his work. He took the time to answer any questions I had. While he was in the process of removing my old water heater another truck showed up to deliver my new one and take away the old one so the job was done more quickly and minimized my time without hot water. Very impressive, convenient and professional! I would definitely recommend Empire.
