We utilize positive psychology and evidence based practices.

We are trained to help you regain emotional control over your life, whether that be dealing with depression and anxiety, parenting issues, child/adolescent behavioral issues, marital problems, sexual desire issues, financial stress, divorce, disordered eating, substance abuse, pornography addiction, self esteem issues, trauma, grief, or chronic illness. We are also experts on the preventive side offering pre-marital counseling, health coaching, parenting, and life coaching.

Additionally, we contract with a large number of businesses, locally and nationally, to provide an Employee Assistance Program which offers sessions free of charge to employees. Our expertise includes helping businesses develop a healthy workplace environment.

We have four locations to serve you better: Grand Island, Kearney, Ord and York and we offer online scheduling for your convenience. We are available for evening and Saturday appointments. We are credentialed as providers with most insurances, Medicaid and many Employee Assistance Programs. Our billing department works hard to do what we can to assure your benefits are utilized.
