My husband and I purchased one of Emerald Home Furnishings Reclining Leather Sofas from The Cannery in Puyallup, WA, approximately one year ago. Unfortunately we are extremely unhappy with this purchase. Since we have owned this sofa, the recliner on the right side has broken. It will no longer go down to a regular sitting position. Also, it is not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. There isn't good back support. I plan on calling and/or contacting someone in sales to see if they can remedy this problem for us. There shouldn't be a problem with this recliner already, since it is my husband and I who are the only ones who sit on it "occasionally". The couch hasn't been abused or mistreated in any way. If all of their furniture is manufactured like this couch we purchased is, then I could not recommend anyone to purchase any of the items they manufacture.

Unfortunately we wish we could be writing a review to boast about Emerald Home Furnishings.
