I've been taking my clothes to this cleaners for a while. Periodically I would find my suits to have a buckled hem either on the skirts or on the jackets. I let it go. Today my husband went to pick up our clothes from the cleaners and the owner stated that there was a rip in the jacket. I told him to leave it there because I wanted to pick it up. I went there and the owner showed me the rip. I told her that my jacket was not ripped when I bought it in here. Mind you she always look over the items before taking possession of them. There was no mention of a rip. She then further insults me by calling me crazy when I stated that she needed to pay for my suit. I will be making complaints against this establishment and I will not be a returning customer!!

Horrible customer service. I went to have pants altered and was quoted one price. I returned the later in the day and was quoted a higher price. When I asked why the difference in the prices, the owner said "if I didn't like the price to take my business somewhere else".
