I called Elite Towing to have someone's car removed from my backyard. It was late on a Saturday night and the dispatcher who answered began to question if this car was actually parked on my property. As I answered his questions, all the while maintaining that the car was parked fully in my backyard and no it was not a driveway or alley, he continued to argue with me that I was mistaken and the car was parked where it could not be towed from. I called back Monday morning to file a complaint only to find that the dispatcher I had spoken with was in fact the owner. Much to my surprise, he questioned why I would call back and began arguing with me about it again. He stated that sending a truck on that call would have been a waste of their time and that there are 13 other towing companies in Yakima, why don't I call one of them? Well from now on, that's exactly what I'm going to do.
