Horrible customer service when a problem arises by tyne - 10/01/2008Being that it having a DVD player was VERY important to me I asked if they were equipped prior to renting. A few minutes into the ride we were told that vehicle had a problem with the player and I was not able to follow through with a very special part of the plan for the bride. I sent an email to the owner and here is her response..
Unfortunately, parts for limousine's can not just be picked up down at the local car parts store or in this case of the DVD/stereo store. It's a part that has to be specially ordered in and the part is not here yet.
When you called Saturday morning and your party grew in size I moved you to the bigger limo. The fact that the DVD you made for the bride was never discussed as being such a big factor on the evening. If you would have mentioned this to me I would have let you know at that point that the DVD was not operational and you could have stayed in the silver limo.
