Dr Elias is arrogant and rude especially to elderly patients. Tried to tell my husband it is not the office's job to pre-authorize a prescription and that if he wrote a script, he was not obligated to explain what the script is for to the pharmacy ur insurance company. Uh, that's called a "diagnosis code" first if all and he sounds like an idiot.
If you are elderly or have elderly family, PLEASE DON'T GO OR TAKE THEM TO HIM!!
