    I loved the atmosphere immediately! It's warm & friendly yet professional. The facial was fantastic.Jessica was on time and well educated. She helped me understand what was going on with my skin. I think the quality of their product line is exceptional. I love, love, love the hydrotherapy tub! I will definitely do that service (botanical bath) again! And when you add that to the amazing massage Katie gave me...well it was heaven! Everyone was smiling and helpful. What a nice place! I think what I like best is that the technicians seem to really know how to affect one's health. They are a polished team of technicians. And I felt it from the front desk all the way through to the hair stylists (and I didn't even have a hair service!) Now that I know this little pearl exists here in Vancouver, you BET I'll be back again & again! Thanks Elements!
