Got Liens? by Hot Chocolate - 11/12/2009I am currently waiting the 30-day period so that I can file a complaint with the CCB against Elements owned by Ben Crofut. Elements put on our new roof well, but skimped on the brand of skylight despite written contracts stating otherwise. If that was not bad enough, they did not pay their supplier so I now have a lien on my house. And we paid them in full. I would only hire Elements again if: a) I was an attorney specializing in construction liens b) There was no other roofing company on the planet Hire them at your own risk. You may pay them in full and get a lien on your house weeks later like what happened with us.
