Wow what can I say? I found Elaine's resumes online to help my mother get her resume updated. I am a partner in a .com in Silicon Valley Ca. I have had and helped many people with resumes and have worked with seasoned professionals who do this for a living. So I thought easy. I was so wrong! First of all it is like a highjack on the phone with her, I said hello and she started talking, with out a breath she told me her entire story with the big ending that she teaches a class at some supped up high school called Metro College lol! she has been doing this for 800 years or something. You have to make an appointment with her ( She cannot do this over the phone) I asked why? and she said that her job is very complex! The office and Elaine is like stepping back in time, She acutely charges you 30 dollars to email you the finished resume. The whole experience was bad and I felt ripped off. Trust me she is technicality challenged and lost in the 50's in her business model. Bad! old! service
