My name is Ronald Wayman and I am one of your patients and I have a complaint(s). On 12 June 2009 you wrote out a scrip for me for a portable oxygen concentrator. I have not received this concentrator yet because I believe that your nurse is dragging her feet in not answering calls or faxes from the company that is suppose to supply the concentrator to me. I need this concentrator so I can vist my children on the east coast. Another complaint is that your nurse is screening her calls from me and also from the company that I am trying to deal with. another complaint is when I call for a refill on a perscription (advair) it took over two weeks to get it filled even after calls from me and Walgreens. YesterdayI called your nursem who I could not speak to because of the screening,and requested scrips for Veramyst and Singular and hope I do not have to wait two weeks or more for them.Twentyone (21) days since you wrote the scrip for the concentrator. How many more days do I have to wait?T
