Buena experiencia con Nestor Cassiano quien nos dio la mejor recomendación para los muebles que necesitabamos comprar, con buen carisma y muy buena atencion de principio a fin.

ESIMO CUSTOMER SERVICE, muy buenos vendiendo pero a la hora de procesar un reclamo por garantía simplemente no hay solución, hace al rededor de 7 meses hice una compra grande, dentro de esa compra hay un sofa modular NO de los económicos, el sofa a los pocos meses comenzó a fallar uno de los mecanismos de los 3 modulares, a los pocos días de otro modular se soltó una pieza del respaldar, procedimos a hacer el reclamos a la tienda, 3 semanas después mandaros un técnico a revisar, el mismo informo que hay que hacer reemplazo de las piezas dañadas, luego solicitamos a la tienda el reemplazo de sofá completo ya que en MUY poco uso 2 de los 3 modulos presentaban fallas.
Lo cierto es que ya hace 2 meses y 1/2 y aun juegan la pelota conmigo, serivicio al cliente me dice llama a tu vendedor y mi vendedor que fue muy profesional en su trabajo, me dice que llame a servicios al cliente que humanamente el no puede hacer mas.

Very good experience, the sales person made a huge difference when you buy stuff like this, and Rudy Molina was amazing, very helpful, nice, patient, have a lot of experience and helped me a lot, also nice inventory in the store, very recomnended to visit and look for Rudy.

At El Dorado Furniture Boulevard in Hialeah you can find the two representatives who are going to give you the opportunity to have an easy and a non-stress experience: Iris Llago and Alex Rodriguez, the most professional, kind, lovely sales people in the world…they are all patience and knowledge what is very important when you are buying expensive stuff. I should say that on top of that I am a very insecure person when I must choose between two or more items that I like, Iris helped me like she was buying for herself and Alex always supported her doing it. They do everything to see you leave the store with happiness.
I received my first order at home, excellent delivery by Jesus and his helper. I am waiting for the second.

P.S. To buy Furniture for your recently renovated house can be a nightmare if you are not lucky enough to find good sales people who loves their job.

I have been purchasing from El Dorado throught the years and yesterday I bought a coffee table from Maria Santana at the Hialeah location, which is the closest to my house as I live in Doral. This is the second time I use Maria as a sales person and she is just great. Knowledgeable, friendly and knows what she's doing. I am always on the go and really appreciate fast, courteous and professional service. I will be back soon and buy my new barstools from her.
