I just wanted to have a diagnostics on my car. I was looking for an honest shop that will not rip me off. Edwardsville Auto is the place to go. They never took advantage of me, they told me everything that needs to be done for my car. From now on, I will be a regular customer.

I asked a lot of questions and time was taken to give me correct and thorough answers. I appreciate it much! I will be coming back.

My Pontiac G6 had a battery drain that two other shops couldn't find (both told me they fixed the problem, when in fact they did not). Edwardsville Auto correctly found the cause to be a malfunctioning door lock switch. Since they fixed it the problem never returned and the car runs great.

Everybody I dealt with was kind, professional and kept me up-to-date as the repairs were in process. I asked a lot of questions and time was taken to give me answers. I appreciate it very much! I will be coming back!

The atmosphere there is simultaneously professional and fun. It's enjoyable to see people who make the effort to work well together. They have payment options, (I chose the 90 days same as cash option), which makes life soooo much easier, and they don't take advantage of people who might have less than adequate knowledge of cars. . . . (that's me!). They take the time to explain the problem in layman's terms, they fix it fast and your car runs great. Their service is flawless. You're gonna love 'em.
