    I have used Phyllis & Joe Stroud at E. F. Edwards Financial for 5 or 6 loans over the past 10 years and have found them to be honest, efficient, hard working and willing to take the time to find out exactly what I want in a loan program as well as offering me the best programs for the properties I have purchased. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They are GREAT!
