I am writing my first ever customer review because this business is so unethical with such terrible customer service that I felt I needed to warn others. My experience was long and drawn out, but the succinct version is that I ordered a same day arrangement and, after many phone calls, when it still hadn't arrived over 24 hours later I cancelled it and received a refund. After this they still delivered the arrangement then tried to charge me again and even called the person that received the gift to try and get her to pay for it or take it back.They called me and the recipient so many times it could be called harassment. I was treated as if I stole something in spite of the fact that it was their error that they delivered it after the refund. Can you imagine if I had this sent to a client and they called and told them that I refused payment, how much the arrangement was and asked for them to pay for it or deliver the half eaten arrangement back to their store?!? I've honestly never been treated like this in my life and I can't believe Edible Arrangements allows this franchise to continue. Everyone in my office has sworn off Edible Arrangements as a whole because of this experience (they all had to deal with the repeated calls). The two people I spoke with kept talking about their "directive" from management and owners. That just emphasizes to me that this is a dishonest business and not one I could support in any way. I hope you will, at the very least, choose a different location.
