DISAPPOINTING !
My husband and I had a meal here a few years ago and both received dirty looks from the wait staff and we were both disappointed with our food and also both went home sick , the only thing I liked was the cake and that I think they order from another company .

Great authentic German food with reasonable pricing. They also offer a wonderful patio for outdoor dining (that blocks the wind, too).

My wife and I stopped on a recommendation from a friend. We were really impressed by the food and the service was prompt and friendly. Stop by when you get the chance!

ILived in Germany during the Seventies. This is the closest place I have found to being authentic in taste and atmosphere. Great food and service

Very Authentic. Some of the best German food we have had in a long time.

We have eaten here several times, and by far this is the BEST German Food since we lived in Europe and frequently traveled in Germany! We have enjoyed every dinner we have had there, and by now I think we have had just about everything on the menu! It is our favorite place to take visiting Family, and to go for Family Celebrations! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant to everyone who enjoys excellent German Food!

I enjoyed my visits to this restaurant. The environment is great winter or summer. The food is great with pricing comparable to similar caliber restaurants. I can easily recommend this place, I might even see you there. :)

I enjoyed dining at the Edelweiss one Saturday evening. I enjoyed a delicious schnitzel and slice of German chocolate cake. My favorite part of the evening was when the strolling musicians serenaded us with folk songs I remember my Grandmother singing when I was young. I especially enjoyed their robust rendition of the Beer Barrel Polka. I bought one of their CDs and listen to it often. I'm looking forward to dinner on the patio this summer. A delightful dining experience!

This place is wonderfull!!!We had our wedding reception in the down stairs area- beautiful! and the food is GREAT!

Food is exceptional especially the potato pancakes. Every entre we have had has surpassed our expectations.

We will and have traveled 90+ miles to enjoy dinner there many many times.

Lunch menu does not have as much variety but it is still good.

We held a retirement party there. We had excellent service and excellent food. They provided us with a secluded room so we could enjoy the conversation without feeling rushed

Wonderful German dining in a classic setting. ######Whether you're seated in their beautiful outdoor patio or cozy inside, the Edelweiss makes sure you're as happy with the atmosphere as with the wonderful foods.######We like their attentive, friendly service, the rotating monthly specials, and have always been impressed by their soups. I highly recommend the beer cheese soup (and of course a liter of beer "Pils, bitte!"). The main menu staples are all here, in good portions, and the desserts (if you have any room left) are wickedly good. Prices are very reasonable.######Relax, have fun, and count on reliably excellent German food at the Edelweiss.
