1 Does anyone work the desk? by Phil - 10/08/2014

I came here a few months ago and had to wait about 10 minutes at the desk to be spoken to all while the guy behind the desk was on the phone. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it was an important call. Went back today to see if it was a fluke and stood at the desk again for a few minutes, there was a lady in front of me who had been waiting over 10 minutes. After knocking on the door to the service area and poking out head into the adjacent office, we never found anyone to talk to. I left at the 12 minute mark never seeing an employee. Never going back, very bad model to run a business.

1 OVERCHARGED by W Carver - 04/10/2013

On April 9, 2013 I went to this location to have them service the air conditioner on my car. I told them the blower sometimes did not come on, but that it had been working that day. I ended up paying $149.75 and then the guy told me unless the blower is not working at the time we check it, we can't tell you what's wrong with it. If he had told me this before the work was to be done, I would not have had them even look at it. I figure I paid them about $100 an hour for labor plus the cost of the freon. I still have the problem I had when I went there. TODAY I AM HAVING MY HVAC AT MY HOUSE SERVICED INCLUDING FREON FOR $120. GO FIGURE. I feel like I was RIPPED OFF.. I would never go back to this place or refer them to anybody.

1 Work was fine but the manager was very unprofessional! by Jim and Karen - 05/30/2012

We were very unhappy with the service and attitude of the manager. She was short and rude to me with my concerns when I called over the phone. But when my husband went in he felt very awkward. He said the manager was flirting with him and not addressing the issues. He was charged too many hours for the work that was done when we asked other shops. When I called to talk to the manager she was once again rude and short with me. Maybe the mechanics are good but the manager is an embarrassment, and very unprofessional. I suppose if your a single man you could get a better deal from them.
