I met with Jon a week ago and he gave some great advise to fix my hard water problem. It seemed as if my water softner was not working as the level of salt had not budged in a few months. With Jon's troubleshooting advise I was able to break the salt bridge in the tank and get the water softner back on track. No more cloudy glasses in the dishwasher or residue on the plates! I will now be buying my salt pellets from them!! A great family owned company. Thanks!

When Jon came and tested my water, he recommended this particular softener because it would remove the chlorine from my city water. I used to put lotions on my skin every day, but now I don't need to use lotion and my dry skin problems seem to have cleared up! I tell everyone I know that having this softener installed was one of the best things I've ever done for my household.
