Eaton Animal Den is excellent. The doctors are awesome, the staff is compassionate & are always willing to help & answer even the most absurd of my questions. I trust my dogs with no other vet.

It’s disheartening to read prior posts, complaining about pricing when nothing in vet medicine is “cheep”. And complaining about retail products; their prices are comparable to Petsmart/Petco. Yes, the receptionists are busy so it helps to be patient & understanding instead of being impatient & judgmental. As for rude vet techs, I’ve NEVER experienced this..EVER! Dr. Early is very knowledged & speaks to clients in an easy-to-understand manner. She’s compassionate & considerate, making house calls on her own time..admirable! And the office staff (Michelle, Dana, Rosa & Crystal) are all wonderful, dedicated workers, who help the facility run efficiently. The groomers are wonderful, doing an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend EAD to anyone looking for a good vet. Please don’t be easily persuaded by the negatives posts-get to know them for yourself! I’ll never go anywhere else except EAD, where I’m seen as a part of the family & treated with great respect..by all!

I have been to this vet office several times. I find them to be very expensive, but the thing I dislike the most is that they take forever!! The receptionist runs around like a chicken with her head cut off and says "just a minute, I need to check" about anything you ask. She runs to the back, is there forever, comes back out and attends to other things.... Leaving you standing there wondering what the heck is going on. I waited for 45 min to get a prescription and I was the only person there! Egad! It is annoying beyond reason! There is a retail shop there, but the items have no prices. Just a personal pet peeve of mine, but I always feel like I am getting ripped off if they won't price things! Personally, I'd find another vet office to go to and I would definitely shop elsewhere. I try very hard to support local businesses but I don't have re time or the money for this one.

Awesome great place amazing dedication and care given

I took my new puppy in because she was itching uncontrollably and immediately after getting her I started getting bites. I first met with the nurse to discus what was happening and she was very rude. I told her I thought from what I read on the internet I thought my puppy had mites. She told me the internet was cesspool and she was insistent that she had fleas. The vet was very nice and said she didn’t have fleas and searched for mite. She ran many (expensive) tests and came back with nothing. I landed up going home very frustrated. Two days later I went to another vet that ran the same test (much less expensive ) and found the mite. I call Eaton Animal Den back to let them know and see if they would refund some of my money. Again talking to the nurse she was very snotty. She explained that the test were not always accurate??? I got none of my money refunded. I will never go to Eaton Animal Den again.

They under quote every time you call so that when you go in, it always costs more than everywhere else. They seem affordable and then turn out to the most expensive option. Look elsewhere!!! I have been there before and this was not the first time this has happened. When I questioned why they do this, they kicked me out and told me not to go back. Not a problem there and you should not go there either! Save yourself money and support another vet that is honest and moral.
