Zero Stars....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. My wife purchased a E-Cigarette kit for 50 dollars/15 dollars off the internet. Worked 5-10 seconds then nothing. Exchanged it the following day due to no refund policy. Second kit same problem. Exchange the following day. Third kit worked great but the charging stating broken after first charge. Shawn/Shaun REFUSE TO EXCHANGE IT. So in other words THEY SELL BROKEN ITEMS AND they stiff you your money. As a returning vet, I told all my fellow soldiers in the area and boycotting this store. You will be able to watch the review on YouTube on their heartless decisions. It only took one bad product to have a disease of boycotting customers.
