Homeowner by Unhappy in Bellevue - 06/13/2009Don't do business with these people, they will cheat you. I went there to buy a rebuild kit for my lawnmower. I have them an exact engine number and lawnmower model. They gave me a small bubble package of parts for $18 to match the engine. When I took my engine apart it was obvious the parts were wrong, which I could see through the bubble. I didn't open the package. They would not let me return it. We made two trips, the second time to see the owner, who would not let us return. They were rude. I really can't imagine a business in this day and age behaving this way. It was a package they stocked on their shelf, not special order. It was a rip-off. I will never do business with them again.John
