Not so great by pet lover - 07/04/2009The Vets are not very personable and left me at times wondering if they even liked dogs. We went there several years for our dog and cat. We adopted our kitten from them and when we got him home realized it was infested with fleas!! One Vet accused me of not telling the truth about a spot on my dog's tongue. He said it had been there since she was born, I said it hadn't and it had grown substantially since our last visit. He snorted, then he looked back in the dog's records and lo and behold, it was documented as being recent and much smaller than it currently was. But at least he apologized....NOT! Not even a word about it. We transferred out.
Friendly and Professional Staff. Superb service. Excellent products. by dittons - 03/19/2009We have been using Eastland Companion Animal Hospital for nearly 10 years now. We view our dogs as our canine "children" so it was crucial that we have a clinic that would treat them as such. The staff have always gone above and beyond to treat us professionally and with a caring manner. Over the years we have been through countless exams, dental cleanings, spaying/neutering, hernia repair, minor injuries and diabetes. It has remained obvious that they have the best interest of our pets in mind and genuinely care about them. We also routinely use their boarding services for times that we will be out of town. Our dogs are always excited when we drop them off and are in tip-top shape when we pick them up. It gives us great comfort to know that we can ensure that our dogs will be properly cared for while we are away especially since we have a diabetic. I would highly recommend Eastland Companion Animal Hospital to anyone who wants to know that they are getting the best care for their pet.
