be afraid by found out the hard way - 05/23/2008Terrible workmanship (have proof), diviated from approved plans(have proof), never on the job site, mismanaged money, did work without approved permits(have proof) and left me hanging with a partial job that needs a lot of fixing buy a qualified contractor.
