Front Desk Help Leaves A Lot To Be Desired

My appointment was at noon and I was told to get there about 10 minutes early for paperwork. I signed in and then sat. I was never acknowledged or greeted. Numerous employees passed me and ignored me. At noon I went up to the desk and told them I was told to come in early to fill out paperwork. The girl at the desk said she didn t see me, even though she had walked by me twice. I filled out the paperwork and then was taken to an exam room. Twenty minutes went by as I waited again with a very aggravated cat. The vet finally came in and was very nice. I would not go back as the front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The only reason I went there was because my regular vet was booked and they recommended them. The staff at my regular vet are extremely helpful and friendly.

My husband had used them for years and had been very happy with them so when we married I also switched my Vet service and they have been very good. I only had one beef and that is when my 17 year old cat got cancer and we had to put him down. Two days after he died I got a reminder that he was up for shots. I complained and they informed me that the email reminders come from some where else and they were very apologetic. I have been taking my new kitten there and so far so good.
Compassionate and understanding

I found that Dr. Neal Sliker was compasionate and understanding when we were dealing with the last year of my cat's 19 1/2 year life. He explained options, but understood we did not want to take extraordinary measures. He was very comforting when things turned worse and we had to make difficult decisions on our kitty's last day with us. We continue to use this vet for our dog.
