My experience with East Lake Animal Clinic could be nothing but positive. I'm a volunteer with an English Bulldog rescue organization, and foster many of these pups that come to us with so many issues. I can call them at moments notice and allowed to bring the bullie in. I have called in the middle of the night as well as weekends, and have always gotten a call back. I have been to all three offices, and have always been treated with the up most respect. If anyone knows anything about EB, they have many issues...if one of the vets is not familiar with symptom that they are brought in for, they consult with each other. The staff is friendly and caring, and my dogs go in there happy and come out happy. I would highly recommend any of these 3 facilities.

BEST CLINIC EVER!!!!!! these amazing, heart filled people truly care about my animals. They have always gone above and beyond to do whatever they can exceed all expectations on every avenue. The veterinarian here is precise with surgery and explaining everything in detail. I will always have respect for the people that work here and will continue to bring my pets and recommend anyone to come to this professional, gentle, sweet clinic!

WORST CLINIC EVER. These butchers completely botched the surgery on my dog. They were supposed to remove a tumor and now four months later my dog still has an open wound that will not heal because they did not properly suture the incision and to boot THEY STILL DID NOT GET THE TUMOR OUT which has grown back to it's original size. Now I have a dog that is limping after going through all that and they refuse to accept any responsibility at all. Nothing but heartless butchers.

I brought my cat there on Saturday because he was sick. They were not only respectful, gentle, and professional. They gave me an estimate of what the fee would be before they did anything and they even made sure my cat was comfortable after he messed in his caged by giving him a blanket to lay on. Loved them. Hunter boy is on his way to recovery. Thank you so much.xoxo

I needed help with my 3 babies they were all sick and i didnt have the ability to afford to pay allot and they helped me out as much as they could they are very understanding and amazing people i would recomend them to anyone

I have a Yorkie and he's been there a few times, the first time he was terrified, but they took the time to get to know him while he was around me so he'd feel comfortable enough for me to leave him.. they have excellent customer service and they're affordable too..

Hi. I live in Sorrento and i take my two chihuahuas and my pomeranian to the East Lake Animal Clinic. That has been my pet's clinic for over 3 years now and I absolutely love it! And I think they do, too. Everytime I go there, i get excellent service and pricing, and my dogs are treated like royalty. They have very low waiting times, and have free dog cookies. :) If that hasn't convinced you to check this place out, I don't know what will. Just give them a try! I assure you, you won't be dissapointed.
