WHEN TRUST IS LOST!

It’s a shame when a business resorts to petty actions in their service department. After unsuccessfully pressuring the customer to replace their windshield wiper inserts with comparatively expensive dealer parts, the service department severs the wiper blade edges at the flex crease a third of the way from the edge of the wiper, rendering them useless. Both front wipers and the rear window wiper, suffering the same intentional destruction. All three wipers were intact prior to the service appointment, showing some minor streaking, but still quite useable. Now they all have to be replaced. This kind of petty shenanigans just doesn't make sense; how can a business expect to keep its clientele when they engage in these kind of practices? If they are dishonest and playing the shyster with a small thing like wiper blades, what are they willing to do with something more critical and potentially much more expensive, like your engine or transmission?? It would probably be prudent to stay as far away from anything with the name of Earnhardt as you can!
