I have been doing business with Earlybird since they opened in Grangeville. They are a good place to buy and always strive to give good service. I have built several houses using their supplies they always stick to their quoted prices.

Poor customer service??

I called about a product and the lady I spoke with was nothing but helpful and courteous. Don't know why Paul said it was poor customer service. They were nice as pie to me. Maybe you should check your attitude.

Very Poor Customer Service

If you want to be treated poorly and without respect, this is the place for you. Customer Service is non-existent and not a priority. I'd take my business elsewhere
