worst service ever!! by

I was refeered to this office through my insurance company. It is close to my home so that was a factor as well. The first time I called i was told they were changing their system over and I would need to call back in two days. Ok, understandalbe. I called back three days later and was put on hold once asked if I minded, no big. TEN minutes later, I hung up and returned the call, again was aske if I minded holding for a 'few minutes'. my reply was sure if it is only a few minutes but not ten. the reply was that he was the only receptonist and he was dealing with patients 'in the office'. So I wated a good 7 minutes for him to come back on the line. I told him I wanted an appointment for a hearing test and was told the audiologists makes her own appointments and I would need to call back on monday! I commented that it seems really difficult to get an appointment. He offerd to have her call me, and this was a relief. well, guess what NO CALL. So it is now Tuesday I have attempted 3 times in the past hour ad the phone just rings and rings, no answer. So I asked myself, "really, is this the kind of service I want" no way. I do no recommend this office, wasted my time will waste your too. go else where
Dr's are great by
The Dr's are awesome and very professional. I havent met one that I havent liked in either office. However, the staff is not very friendly (except for the allergy testing nurses) and wait times are horrendous. For each of my 6 appointments I have had already, I have waited at least 20 minutes each time. It would be easier if the staff would inform me of expected wait times, but they dont.
