About the doctor:

Dr. Poulsen was born and raised in Idaho and has been practicing Orthodontics in Boise and Eagle since 1992. After graduating from Boise State University, Dr Poulsen obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating with honors from Creighton University. Dr. Poulsen was accepted in the Orthodontic program at Marquette University where he received his Masters of Science Degree and completed his specialization in Orthodontics. Dr. Poulsen is past Secretary, Vice President and President of the South West Idaho Dental Society. He has also been Vice President of the Idaho State Orthodontic Society and served two consecutive terms as President.

American Dental Association
