Provided by YP.comI bought an 400 - 800 W Quartz heater from EMS Housewares on eBay. After less than 2 month's of only slight intermittent use, the safety switch on the bottom of the heater burned up. Smoke and a bad smell. Even though the "warranty" period had passed, the sellers quickly replaced the heater at no additional expense to me.
