Very positive experience here by I found everything about this store very pleasant. The sales staff is very friendly and informative, their jewelry selection ranges for all customers, and it's very well put together.

Big time low-ballers.
I visited the Surprise location.
I found their "buyer", to be very rude and he has a very snobbish demeanor. He treats your items like trash and will tell you they are worth...
