I wanted to sell some gold when the price was up bill paid me 220$ more an ounce than the supposed to be good old rip off in east Hartford I'm not a rich person so it made all the difference to me and I've been his customer ever since that day honest people and that's all I wanted also best price on silver when I wanted to buy back in when the market bottomed out .

Very honest, efficient appraisal. Fun to talk to. Owners totally know their stuff and were very helpful. Would definitely go to them again.

Called for some info and they were extremely rude. Refused to answer my question unless I came to the store in person. Don't waste your time with this store... Very disappointing.
