We used this attorney to help us adopt our grandson. Very open minded and got us through the process as quick as possible and always kept us informed. We were told what to expect and what we may need to do to help. Would definitely recommend this attorney!

I spent three thousand five hundred dollars with this law office, and offered up concrete proof that my daughter is being subject to drugs and alcohol on continuous and regular basis, what I got for my money was absolutely nothing! I was told after the fact, after the money spent, that any action would cost additional money ! , shyster, fraud, con artist, anything except lawyer, don’t become a victim! Do your home work, and get an agreement of "EXACTLY” what you will be getting for your hard earned money !

This woman has been the best attorney that I have seen when dealing with DCFS....

Ms. Dylewski has been my attorney a number of times in the past 10 years and has always done a great job for me, no matter who was representing my ex. When I read these negative reviews, I was surprised but then I thought about the negative reviews my employer, a doctor, sometimes gets. Usually those people who are unhappy with my doctor are the ones who didn't follow his advice. Like attorneys, doctors can't comment on the reviews because their information is confidential.

I was referred to Diane Dylewski from a Child protective Authority. I was told that she was a dedicated, fiesty, intelligent go all out for her client type of lawyer. I paid her $4000!!! Yes I said $4000.!!!! I spoke with her assistant more than I ever spoke with Diane. We never made it to court, I never had a chance with this lawyer!!! I had a child custody case where my son had been taken from me by my ex husband while we were still married, so the cops would not get involved. My ex ran to Ocala with my son and by the time I found out what was going on I had already been listed in the Marion county news paper as "a missing person". I had allegedly abandoned my son. Apparently no one could find me, as if I had fallen off the face of the earth which still trips me out considering the world we live in with the internet and social media. I lived in Miami, Dade county. By the time I found out where my son was (deep in the forest) I was already divorced and lost custody of my son. I hired Diane, she was eager and seemed to be intent on helping me get my son back until she got paid her last penny. Then that was it!! She became impossible to get a hold of, she became very discouraging. As it goes, before you can go to court you have to go to mediation. On the day of my mediation, they offered me half summers, every other weekends, and split holidays. I did not want that offer because it was unfair. I cried and asked to use the phone to call my lawyer. When I finally got Diane on the phone and explained to her what was being offered, she told me to take what I could get because I had not paid her enough to go to trial!!!!!! I will never forget the heart wrenching/betrayed feeling I felt! I knew I had gotten no where with her. I bargained back and forth in mediation and worked some things out by myself. Diane did nothing but sit back, collect $4000.00 and allowed her assistant to do all the paperwork/phonecalls. I would never recommend her. I would recommend you go pro se before ever hiring this attorney. She was the biggest let down besides finding out I'd lost my son. I do now have full shared custody of my son but nothing to the thanks of Diane. I'm not trying to slander her name I'm just trying to warn you to do your homework so you don't end up like me...... I wish I knew then what I know now.. What a waste of money and trust.

This attorney was truely a nightmare for our situation. In the begginning she insisted we had a likely case. 2 years later we were left without ever actually going to court, no remaining retainer, and absolutley nothing to show for it. At one point the respondent was incarcerated and she told us she would send her paralegal to speak with him which never happened. When we started questioning what, if anything, had she done for our case she told us she "couldn't help us any longer" and that "nothing she could do would ever match our expectations." So if you have expectations of progress, then NO. She cannot match that. She was a total monster who as far as my husband and I are concerned, robbed us. The worst part is, a child should have been at her best interest and that child was the last thing on her agenda.

I would have been better off without a lawyer. Hired Diane for a child support case, and what did she do for me? Has me paying MORE than what the state suggested. Didn't fight for me or anything in court. Biggest waste of $2000.

Ms. Dylewski handled my divorce and was the only pleasant thing in that mess. She got me what I wanted and was very professional. She was also the least expensive attorney out of all the ones I spoke to before I hired her. I would recommend her to anybody who needs a family/civil attorney.

I hired Diane and she milked me for every penny. She went against my wishes and did what she wanted and ran my bill up and up and up. She is incompetent in every way shape and form. She will be there to take your money and that’s it. Her secretary does all her work but she chares you as if she did it. A true professional attorney charges $75 an hour for secretarial work and even that’s allot.
