The store was nice, a bit sterile and not "warm" feeling but nice. My real issue is with the manager - here is some advice - COVER YOUR BREASTS! My family and I do not need to see that much of you. As a professional woman I can tell you that showing that much cleavage is just screaming insecure, low self esteem and lack of self confidence. Personally does not give me much confidence in purchasing such a large amount with you. I went to Diamond District where the professionalism was off the charts and really made me feel confident in my decision. I am sure nothing will change because fake boobs sell I guess but I had to put my two cents in - take it or leave it.

first of all soooo tired of that so called model all over town what does she have to do with jewelry? and you can tell it isnt a real model makes me question their product just that face alone has me and my family not interested second my mother in law went in to the miromar location and was treated like a second class citizen so she went over to kays and was treated so well she spent several thousand dollars. dunkin diamonds cheap model bad service

Recently took a watch there for the free battery installed offer.They said they would call when ready. 2 months later, no call, so my wife & I stopped in while running errands. They gave me back the watch & it was not working. They said it must be the watch as they did put in a battery. Wrong! When I got home I removed the battery & tested it. Dead. I put in a battery & it works fine. They are not as reputable as I thought.

Over a month ago I brought a watch for repair. After accepting the watch and giving an estimate, I am still waiting. Now they say that within a week they will be able to locate a part, A part ? I was told that a whole new mechanism was to be install. At this time I am realizing that they are just wasting my time. They never call me to report what is going on... I have to call them. Bad customer care. I am extremely disappointed !

Went in to buy a Valentine present for my fiancé right after work. I guess my dirty blue collar uniform made them think I wasn't worth the wait so after 10 min of no service I went up the road to Jared's and spent $1600. Sorry for their luck!

I shopped all around the Ft Myers/Bonita area for a diamond necklace. I just could not find what I had in mind, a friend suggest Dunkin's Diamonds so I stopped by the store on Cleveland Avenue and there it was MY diamond necklace. The staff made me feel so welcome and NO pressure. I got my necklace that very day and have been pleased ever since. I take it in for free cleanings, get my diamonds checked and to just chat with everyone. I highly recommend Dunkin's Diamonds to everyone! And am proud when someone asks where I got my beautiful necklace to say Dunkin's Diamonds! Thank you thank you!

The Staff of this store are not very helpful. The Service we received was the worst I have ever had anywhere. I was very upset with the whole diamond from them. The Quality we received for or purchase and the amount of time it took to received the item were much longer that expected. The over all experience let me very unsatisfied with this company. I have made it a point to tell everyone that I know and I was shocked to hear that others had had the same problems with the jewelry they purchased.
