Unfortunately staffing in the at peak time for all of us Dunkin Coffee lovers. There are about two people that work the drive through Window that are unprofessional. They will say your order wrong and when you get to the window smerk and laugh. I'm a person that frequent Dunkin Donuts every day in area like 75th Naper, Bollingbrook, Lisle Maple and Ogden and unfortunately Ogden.



I'm know at the others as the lady with the coffee xtra cream and 4 splenda or sweet and low. I've been going to the one on Ogden for the past 5years, When they went under contruction I had to get up early and go to 75th.



This Dunkin Donuts has two women that work the window and like to insult customers pretending the can't hear over the intercom. However, when the Men are taking the orders there is nothing wrong. So I had 5 co-workers follow me for a week. Only time any of us had problems getting a correct order was when the women which one has been there for over 4 years and the main culpert of antagonising you taking your order and then chuckle because she knows she upset you.



I'm telling everyone I can my story. Incidently the owner has a dunkin donuts close to willow brook in the Downers area and an Excellent people person."Train Ogden"
