DISHONEST -FRUADULENT-BEWARE-Better Business Brueau rating "F" by ripped off by duncan - 06/17/2009I purchased and paid for a NEW 2008 outboard engine and Duncan Marine gave me on old 2006 display model. The engine that I received was one that sat in a tank on their showroom floor that they used to show customers how fast it started and how quite it ran. When I received it it already had over hundreds of start cycles on it per Duncans own records. They would not replace it with the new model I paid for. I have starting problems with it and they won't fix under the 3 year warranty because Evinrude yanked their dealership. Better Business Brueau rates them "F"
