Today my husband stood at the counter trying to to purchase lawn mower blades. The lady at the counter was not professional or friendly at all. Would advise them to train there staff that the customer helps pay there salary.

Be aware! Be aware! They will add parts not needed on your repair item (weed eaters, chain saws etc). They have pulled this scam on me two times in two months. But they won't have another chance, I'm finished with their services. You have been warned! Example: My chain saw was running fine until the fuel line inside the fuel tank broke. Carried to Duff's for a fuel line repair. First of all, they never called me to let me know it was ready and after about four weeks I decided to visit their shop to see if it's ready and it was. When I looked at the repair bill they had me charged with a new carburetor (not needed because it was running fine).
