The pediatric side of this office is wonderful but the family practice side is horrible. I will never be going back there again. The doctors get upset with you if you ever have to see another doctor because you are sick and they are not available. They are disrespectful to you. I was sick for over 4 months when I was pregnant. I had to call multiple times to get the medication that they prescribed to me since they never called it over to the pharmacy. I waited several days for the medications and yet every time I called the pharmacy they said the doctors still didn't send it over. They also didn't take me serious. I had to self diagnose myself because nothing they were trying was helping. I told them I thought I might have whooping cough and they laughed at me. They finally did a test and found out that I did have whopping cough. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and whopping cough can be deadly for babies. I wish they had taken me seriously. Finally, I have chronic migraines and went in for an appointment to get some nausea meds for when the migraines get really bad. They said they would send it to my pharmacy, yet they never did. When I called again, they said that I would have to make another appt in order to get the meds. I just came in for an appointment! They just want you to have to come in all the time so they can make money. I will never go back!

When our pediatrician closed her office, we asked her for a recommendation and she gave us Dr Dawson's name at Dublin Pediatric. Dr Dawsib is WONDERFUL! She listens to us, but she also asks our children questions and listens closely to their answers. We never feel rushed or shortchanged. When we have had to see other doctors in the Pediatrics department because of last minute appointments they have all been just as conscientious about our children's care and recovery. I recommend their pediatricians to anyone who asks.

When Dr. Clothier takes care of you....he means business. I was a little....well, quite a bit....not tending to my diabetes responsibilities, and he told me....either take my advice seriously or don't waste my time. I now take it seriously and understand the consequences of my actions. He pinpointed another serious problem I had...thank God for his attention to detail. He is very personable and I think he is the greatest!

In nearly 20 years we've gone here, we've changed insurance plans twice. Both times, they failed to update their records, despite our giving the front desk the new cards and alerting them to the change.The first time, they continued to bill the old insurer, submitting the same claim repeatedly, never bothering to check their own files to determine why the claims were rejected. We pointed out that they were billing the wrong company. After a few months, they finally got it right.Last June, we changed insurance again. At the first visit, we gave the front desk the new card, which they photocopied. This time they repeatedly submitted the bill to the wrong insurance company for SIX MONTHS! This, despite our taking the card back again and calling twice.Finally, they billed the correct insurance company but the claim was rejected because it was too late! At this point, they began sending us threating letters.The docs here are great, but go somewhere else to avoid dealing with the staff.
