I have been to many doctors before for many different medical reasons but l have never come
across anyone as incompetent and inept as doctor Robin Harding. Why they allow her to continue
to work there, even in the face of losing patients is beyond me. I do not know what she does on
her time off, but I do know she is ill prepared to work when she is there. she has no recalling of the
last visit and must use her tablet at all times and even then you have to remind her what pills need to
be refilled and so forth. If you look at her experience on this page you will see that she is nothing
more but a pill dispenser, and an uncaring one at that. I do not hate this woman personally but I must
warn all of you what a worthless so called doctor she is. Totally Unbelievable. P.S. yes I no longer
go there and actually it turned into a good thing as I have found a new very caring, real Doctor.

This is a great place to go for basic healthcare like checkups, maintenance meds, etc. Dr. Harding is a true gem; she's very thorough and caring. Overall I would definitely recommend this facility for general medical care.

surprised they've not killed someone yet

Worst doctors office I've ever been to. Went to this office on 10-31-14 for blood work for a genetic blood disease that had been discovered in my mother, so all my mom's close relatives w were tested. They drew my blood and sent it to labcorp to get the results, I called to follow up and see if my results were back on 11-6-14 and the receptionist couldn't find where I had came in for labs and said she would speak with the doctor and have her call me back.....I received no phone call back. I called again the next day 11-7-14 and spoke with a different receptionist, explained my situation and she said she would have the doctor call me back, again no phone call....so I called them back and the doctor said she found the order for my labs but the result weren't back yet. I waited until 11-11-14 and called again, still no results and the receptionist told me to have patience. All of my family members had already been tested and got their results back at least 5 days ago, so I've started getting agitated, 3/5 that were tested have cam each post I've so far, so I'm also nervous at this point. I called labcorp on 11-12-14 to ask if they've sent my test result back to the dry creek medical center and if not, what's taking so long? They tell me that I'm not even in their system and don't have my blood work....really? So I call back dcmc back and tell them this, they put me on hold for 15 mins and then the doctor gets on the phone and tells me that they had wrote my name back words on the labs and that's why it wasn't showing up at labcorps system and their having them fax over the results and she will call me right back, we'll it is 11-13-14 and guess what? They've still not called me back with my results! This place is a joke, don't waste your time going here.
