I'd been coming here for five years, and always had excellent service from a friendly staff and a manager who knew everyone by name. Recently, there was a turnover in management, which sadly translated to a decrease in quality. The last time I picked up shirts, I discovered that all of them had been shrunk down so that neither the collars nor cuffs could button. The new manager was completely unrepentant, offering up every excuse in the book from the shirts being old (until I pointed out that one of them was brand new), which then became "the manufacturer didn't pre-shrink it properly" (until I pointed out that I had other shirts from the same manufacturer that had never shrunk in the past) which then became "they must have changed the way they made them." I got a sarcastic, insincere "I'm sorry" and was informed that it's against the cleaner's policy to "do anything about shrinkage." The manager seemed more annoyed that she had to talk to me than apologetic for ruining perfectly good shirts from a longtime customer.

Horrible! Super slow and bad customer service. They are quite rude too. Stay away to spare yourself the trouble!
