DRK Construction is owned and operated by David Kitzman, a third generation Colorado native. David has more than 30 years of experience as a carpenter. In 2002, David formed DRK Construction, specializing in residential and commercial restoration, reconstruction and home remodeling. We are licensed and insured. DRK Construction is also a Premier Service Provider for State Farm Insurance Companies. We believe in customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship and continuously strive to achieve those goals.

Because DRK specializes in commercial and residential restoration, reconstruction and home remodeling, we are proficient in working with all insurance companies. This is important in commencing and completing repairs as speedily as possible. We know and understand what insurance companies require. We provide clear and easy to understand contracts and documentation.

DRK believes in providing superb personalized service and quality craftsmanship to every one of our valued customers and provides a warranty for all work we perform.

DRK meticulously documents the loss to property. We take detailed measurements of the structural damage and prepare an industry approved estimate based on the replacement cost of the loss. We work closely with insurance adjusters to insure that all damages are covered by the claim. With DRK professionals on your team, you can rest assured you are in good hands.
