Excellent Job Selling Our Home
We needed to sell our home in West Valley City this spring due to a job transition to Las Vegas, NV. This was a nerve racking venture given the current real estate market and our fears we would not be able to sell our home for what it was worth. A coworker of mine had his house on the market for over year and was unable to sell it. We turned to Drew Tuttle who, after doing research into the market for our house, convinced us to put the house on the market a little higher than we thought possible. Using the MLS, signage, and open houses, Drew generated a steady stream of interest in our home. He monitored the success of different methods and made adjustments as necessary. Within a couple of months we had our home sold for a very good price, and have been able to smoothly make the transition to Las Vegas without the added stress of an unsold home in Utah.

Excellent Service
Drew provided all the service we needed by showing us multiple listings according to our needs and was very patient as we decided what we wanted. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were trying to sell our home at the beginning of the market slow down and we almost gave up. Drew's persistence and experience made the difference for us as he sold our home while others around us still weren't moving. Thanks Drew.

AWESOME SERVICE above and beyond
My wife and I were first time home buyers and we didnt know anything. Drew took the time to explain the market in our area and showed us homes all over the valley within our price range, he explained all the upsides and down of homeownership and made our decision to buy an educated one. The service he showed us was above and beyond any service in any industry. I would recommend Drew's service to anyone in the market to sell or buy a home.
