We bought our truck utility bed from them, after driving to another state to pick it up ourselves, we brought our brand new 2017 work truck to have them add the new utility bed to it. While installing our utility bed, they welded without any protection around the vehicle and it damaged and pitted the windows. They also put the DEF fluid spout inside the bin, to where the entire bin is unusable. When we confronted them, they gave us the run around, said we had to talk with the owner. We have left multiple messages, gone to their business, and still no returned calls or any type of concern in getting our work truck fixed.

I took my truck in for work to be completed. I was told it would take 5 days, when it actually took 8 days. When I picked up my truck, the work was below standards that any qualified & licensed business should be providing. I paid this company prior to them finishing the job (mistake on my part) hoping that it would be incentive for them to do a great job, what I got was a huge shock. The job was sloppy, full of mistakes, and wasn't completed to my satisfaction. When I saw the unsatisfactory work I pointed it out to them & I was told it would cost extra to do it the right way! The sad thing is, is that they knew I was unhappy about the job & it didn't bother them at all. I have been a licensed contractor in Las Vegas for over 25 years & I would never allow any of my customers to be this unsatisfied.

I called around the city to find dealers that sold a RetraxOne tonneau cover in las vegas, and this number was provided along with several others. Two of which don't offer Military discounts, so I hung up on them. I don't feel entitled to a discount it is just appreciated to a point where I will take my business where they are offered I called Drake Equipment and spoke to Robert Rupp, he informed me right away that the in fact honor the Military. I went there today to order the RetraxOne and asked if he offered a price match thinking it was a stretch. As Robert thanked me for my service simultaneously handing me the invoice The discount was more then Generous. I wish there were more businesses like this and I want to thank them by writing this review. These guys upfitted my truck with a new flatbed, toolboxes, pipe rack, hitch, tank, pump and meter. They even built custom boxes for my stakes. Best service, quality and price...These guys know their stuff!
